CALL CENTRE MANAGER NEEDED - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - KENT*** This medium sized travel company based in Kent are expanding! They are looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to assist them on a contract basis starting asap.
You will be responsible for overseeing the running of their call centre and your duties would include but are not limited to: * Inspiring and motivating the team to exceed their potential * Organising staff rosters * Handling any issues both staff and client related * Offering support and guidance to the call centre team and team leaders * Liaising and reporting of information back to the company`s Directors and Senior Management team
Essentially you must have: * A minimum of 12 months recent experience within a People Managment position in a Travel company, call centre experience would be advantageous * Sound knowledge of all reservations systems * Proven track record in motivation and guidance of a team * Outstanding time management skills * `Hand`s on` attitude with a professional and personable manner * Ability to work flexible working hours on a 7 day rota basis
This role is to start on the 3rd October with interviews taking place week commencing 26th September. This is a 3 month contract position with a salary of Ј25,000 - Ј30,000 pro rata.
